Job Description
As a Skilled General Laborer, you will perform a variety of physical tasks requiring technical knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be versatile, reliable, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain various power tools and equipment according to safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and supplies
Perform basic construction tasks including measuring, cutting, and assembly
Clean and prepare work areas, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
Collaborate with team members on complex projects requiring multiple skilled workers
Maintain detailed records of completed work and material usage
Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to supervisors promptly

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in general labor or construction
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
Experience with specialized equipment or power tools
Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
Knowledge of construction materials and techniques

OSHA safety certifications
Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish)
