**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment team. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in assisting with the coordination and administration of recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. **Responsibilities:**
- Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and managing interview logistics.
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and next steps in the hiring process.
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Assist with the preparation of recruitment-related documents, such as job descriptions, offer letters, and employment contracts.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
 
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in a recruitment coordination 
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
