Seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Track financial performance and project progress
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical construction
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
