Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC takeoffs and prepare accurate estimates
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Solicit vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Identify value engineering opportunities
• Participate in job walks and pre-bid meetings
• Coordinate project turnover with operations teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC estimating experience
• Strong blueprint reading and takeoff skills
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical construction
• Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
