Electronics Repair Technician

Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour + Profit Share + Full Benefits

Position Summary
Seeking an Electronics Repair Technician with hands-on experience repairing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and performing through-hole and surface-mount soldering. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and documenting electronic assemblies to ensure products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering and rework
• Test and verify repaired products using electronic test equipment
• Document repairs and test results accurately
• Work with Quality and Engineering teams to identify recurring issues
• Follow ESD, quality, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Skills

• PCB troubleshooting and repair experience
• Through-hole and surface-mount soldering skills
• Ability to read electronic schematics and diagrams
• Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of electronics repair experience preferred
• Technical school, trade school, or electronics program training preferred
• Recent electronics graduates with strong soldering and PCB repair skills are encouraged to apply
