Construction Estimator
$85,000-$115,000

Summary:

This position will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation for commercial construction project proposals and bids. Identify and computes labor, material, and time costs by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications and other bid documents.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years commercial construction experience with public, private or federal projects
- B.S. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong working knowledge of estimating software like Cost-OS, OST and Planswift
- Civil estimating experience preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of programs such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
