Overview

A well‑established aerospace manufacturer is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead supplier strategy, negotiations, and cross‑functional coordination in a fast‑paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage aerospace suppliers and long‑term agreements (LTAs)
• Lead pricing negotiations and cost‑reduction initiatives
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Planning
• Drive performance using data, KPIs, and metrics
• Support planning and scheduling efforts as needed
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Aerospace purchasing or supply chain experience
• Strong negotiation and LTA management background
• Data‑driven, metrics‑focused mindset
• Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Nice to Have

• Planning and scheduling experience
• Manufacturing or machining exposure
