About the Opportunity

Omni Staffing is exclusively partnered with a leading specialty engineering and construction contractor to identify an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the electrical and low‑voltage scope for a major industrial program at Kennedy Space Center. This is a high‑visibility role driving complex field execution and cross‑contractor coordination on one of the Space Coast’s most significant industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution for large‑scale electrical & low‑voltage installation
• Manage budgets, cost controls, manpower planning, and procurement strategy
• Direct daily coordination with engineers, subcontractors, inspectors, and client stakeholders
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover documentation
• Resolve field issues, design conflicts, and manage scope changes/change orders

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience, with 5+ years managing industrial or electrical scopes
• Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and communication abilities across multi‑discipline teams
• Experience with P6/MS Project, Bluebeam, ACC/PlanGrid, or similar platforms
