Sales Relationship Manager
$55+ base plus commission
Remote and GTA client locations
About the role:
Staffworks is looking for a confident, outgoing relationship builder to represent us inside our client organizations. This role is hands-on and field-based, focused on showing up regularly, building real connections, and uncovering new opportunities through conversation. You will spend your time visiting clients, asking smart questions, and getting to know how their businesses actually operate. You are comfortable walking into new environments, seeking out decision-makers, and starting conversations without being asked. You are naturally curious, commercially minded, and persistent in following threads that could lead to new work.
We are looking for someone who is steady and reliable, not transactional or reactive. You build trust over time, follow through, and are motivated to grow accounts by being present and engaged.
This role will start with conducting on-site assignment evaluations, using those interactions as a way to build relationships and identify additional opportunities across our client base.
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 Years’ experience in sales, service or a client-facing role.
Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with new people.
Creative and resourceful when it comes to building relationships and getting things done.
Organized and methodical in approach, with a high sense of urgency.
