Credentialing Assistant
Our client, a national professional certification organization, is looking to hire Administrative Assistant - Document coordination - Credentialing Assistant for a 2 year contract, with the potential to be extended. This is a fully in-office position located in the Yorkville area of Toronto.
Location: Yorkville area, Toronto (Fully In-Office)
Salary: $50,000
Contract: 2 Year Contract
Process and file document evaluation applications and supporting documents submitted by candidates
Process and maintain hard copy and digital documents received directly from issuing authorities
Coordinate the collection of outstanding requirements by corresponding with candidates, external organizations, and other relevant parties
Respond to candidate inquiries and address related concerns professionally
Perform quality control reviews of document evaluation application processing
Purge outdated document evaluation records in accordance with retention guidelines
Train and assist team members in coordinating document evaluation requirements, as needed
Run and clear assigned reports in the candidate portal
Assist with document acknowledgement processes as required
Primarily desk-based work in a temperature-controlled office environment
In-office work required
Occasional weekend work may be required
Ability and stamina to work effectively at a desk and computer for extended periods; availability to work longer hours when operationally required
Physical effort required to move and organize boxes of materials (up to approximately 35 lbs.)
Strong sensory attention required to coordinate activities and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Ability to lift and move boxes of information and examination materials
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Windows environment
Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic file management
Experience with relational databases (R:Base experience an asset; training provided)
At least 3–5 years of administrative experience
College or university graduate
