We are seeking a motivated and organized Temporary Admin/Office Assistant to join our team at our client's Toronto office. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to grow their office experience and develop their professional skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations - Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Handle correspondence and communicate effectively with team members - Assist in preparing and editing documents and presentations using MS Office applications - Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment - Perform general office duties as required

Qualifications: - Previous office experience is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks
