Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Acknowledgement Specialist for a temporary position in Toronto. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken English skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and acknowledge receipt of documents with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure all documents are processed in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of acknowledged documents.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding document status and any discrepancies.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duration: Temporary position
