SOLTECH is seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for technical recruiting, relationship building, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for high-impact technology roles, partnering closely with leadership and clients to attract and secure top-tier talent. Work Model: This role is based in our Buckhead office to foster collaboration and team alignment. After 90 days, you will have the flexibility to transition to a hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Own and execute the full lifecycle recruiting process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding)
  • Proactively identify and engage passive technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and AI-powered sourcing tools
  • Partner with hiring managers and account leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team culture
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of IT talent, including software engineers, DevOps engineers, QA specialists, data engineers, and architects
  • Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess skill set, experience, and long-term fit
  • Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation insights, and hiring strategies
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and professionalism throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate and actionable data within the ATS and recruiting systems

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting / IT recruiting / talent acquisition experience
  • Proven success filling hard-to-fill technical roles in competitive markets
  • Strong knowledge of software development, engineering roles, and modern tech stacks
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate candidates across technical, behavioral, and cultural dimensions
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Background in staffing, consulting, or agency recruiting strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting across engineering disciplines (software, electrical, mechanical, RF) is a plus
