Job Description
As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment with client goals, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client software implementation projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships
- Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, etc.) to achieve project goals
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues before they impact delivery
- Ensure high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive organization and structure across multiple concurrent projects
- Adapt processes and workflows to fit project needs in an agile, flexible environment
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in project leadership, preferably within software consulting or implementation environments
- Proven ability to manage complex, client-facing projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with a highly methodical and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with clients, including managing expectations and navigating ambiguity
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms
- Ability to operate effectively in an agile environment without reliance on rigid frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, adapt, and stay flexible in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a software consulting or professional services environment
- Familiarity with agile principles and practices
- Certifications such as CSM or PMP (not required)
