Job Description

The Workfront Engineer will be responsible for optimizing and supporting the organization’s Workfront platform, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other systems. This role will focus on addressing integration challenges, managing a backlog of tickets, and implementing best practices to improve Workfront functionality and governance. The ideal candidate will contribute to both engineering and administrative tasks, driving effective project execution and user empowerment.

Job Details

  • Develop and maintain Workfront integrations, with a focus on Salesforce, to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Address and manage a backlog of tickets, providing timely and high-quality production support.
  • Conduct a discovery period to evaluate current Workfront configurations and recommend best practices.
  • Create and maintain reports within Workfront to support operational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Workfront capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Establish governance processes to streamline Workfront usage and empower end-users.
  • Work within Agile methodologies, including creating user stories in Jira to enhance project management.
  • Gather and document requirements with assistance from a Business Analyst, ensuring clarity and prioritization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Workfront, including configuration and admin tasks.
  • Proven ability to manage Workfront integrations, within the Adobe suite and with outside integrations (ex: Salesforce)
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills within Workfront.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to gather requirements and manage priorities effectively.
  • Experience writing user stories is highly preferred!
  • Experience with developing and implementing governance best practices for Workfront optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high aptitude for time management and task prioritization.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle a part-time workload of approximately 30 hours per week for 3-6 months.

Location: 100% remote with EST or CST being preferred.
