    • Lead cross-functional teams to execute program plans, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
    • Track progress, manage risks and issues, implement corrective actions, and formalize project acceptance and transitions.

    • Coordinate across engineering, operations, IT, and external partners to ensure successful integration and delivery.
  • Budget & Resource Management
    • Manage program and project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial and delivery objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
    • Serve as a trusted partner, facilitating alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution.
  • Reporting & Metrics
    • Develop and deliver clear, concise status reports and presentations that communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
    • Establish and monitor KPIs and other metrics to measure program performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Change Management
    • Apply change management principles to support adoption of new processes, systems, or capabilities.
    • Proactively identify potential resistance and support smooth transitions during program rollouts.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of program management practices, operational processes, and documentation standards.
    • Promote consistency, efficiency, and best practices across initiatives.
  • Tools & Ways of Working
    • Utilize project and program management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project) to manage backlogs, track execution, and support Agile or hybrid delivery models as appropriate.
  • Proactive Problem Solving
    • Demonstrate a self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, resolve issues proactively, and operate effectively with minimal supervision.

Hardware & Manufacturing Exposure
  • Exposure to programs supporting hardware development, manufacturing operations, or supply chain–adjacent initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, or external partners.
  • Familiarity with program execution in environments involving physical products, production lifecycles, or operational constraints.
  • Understanding of how technology initiatives intersect with manufacturing processes, factory systems, or hardware-related workflows.
  • Experience managing dependencies across software, systems, and hardware teams in complex delivery environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in program and project management, including delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
