Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a Workday Engineer with strong expertise in Workday Financials and hands-on technical development skills. This role is critical to supporting ongoing finance initiatives, managing in-flight projects, and ensuring seamless integrations across systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with finance stakeholders while also partnering with teams across Salesforce and Workfront to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Serve as the primary Workday Financials engineer, supporting all modules (GL, AP/AR, Procurement, Expenses, Projects).
• Focus on project-related financials, including project work and project margin reporting/analysis.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations (Workday Studio).
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Partner with Salesforce and Workfront teams to support cross-platform functionality.
• Provide ongoing Workday support and troubleshooting as part of a growing team.

 Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials (all modules, with emphasis on project work and project margin).
• Technical proficiency in Workday Studio and integrations with third-party systems.
• Advanced reporting skills.
• Experience supporting security administration (role assignments, segregation of duties, audit requests).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support in-flight projects.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to partner with finance stakeholders.
