Overview:

Our client is building custom Arduino-powered robots to conduct real estate virtual tours. They are looking for an experienced developer to help fine-tune existing functionality and provide hands-on leadership to a team of junior developers. This is a great opportunity to shape both the technical direction and team culture of a fast-moving robotics startup based in Atlanta.

Job Details:

• Lead and mentor a team of junior developers working on custom robotic platforms
• Write, review, and optimize C++ code for real-time robotics applications
• Collaborate with leadership in daily standups and sprint planning
• Track work using Notion and operate within an agile sprint structure
• Assist in the ongoing improvement and performance tuning of robotic features
• Support training efforts for photographers who will operate the robots

Requirements:

• Strong experience with C++ and hardware-focused development (Arduino or similar)
• Proven leadership experience in managing or mentoring junior developers
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across remote and on-site teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint-based development
• 3–5+ years of professional development experience preferred
