Job Description

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from identifying talent to successful placement. This role requires a deep understanding of IT recruiting, and the ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in recruiting for IT positions.

You will attract, assess, and hire top-tier technical professionals for internal SOLTECH roles in addition to external client roles.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Proactively source, engage, and network with passive candidates using various tools such as LinkedIn and internal databases. Utilize innovative strategies to identify top talent.
  • Work closely with our Account Management team to understand our technical hiring needs, advise on market trends, and ensure alignment with company culture and objectives.
  • Conduct detailed technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Provide timely feedback and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals, particularly in high-demand skill areas such as software development, software architecture, quality assurance, DevOps, and data engineering.
  • Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System.

Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of successfully filling technical roles.
    • Familiarity with technical roles and the IT recruitment process, including knowledge of popular technologies and programming languages.
    • Ability to evaluate candidates comprehensively by assessing their past performance, technical expertise, behavioral attributes, and career aspirations to ensure strong alignment with both the role requirements and the hiring organization's culture and objectives.
    • Ability to handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
    • Staffing industry experience is preferred.
    • Experience recruiting for engineers (electrical, mechanical, RF, etc.) is a huge plus!

    • Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicates with candidates and hiring managers, clearly articulating technical job requirements, managing expectations, and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
    • Emotional Intelligence: Builds rapport with diverse candidates and clients by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and an ability to read verbal and non-verbal cues, especially during high-pressure or sensitive conversations.
    • Curiosity & Hunger: Proactively researches new technologies, sourcing methods, and market trends to stay ahead of the curve and continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
    • Sense of Urgency: Responds rapidly to team needs and candidate interest, prioritizing time-sensitive requisitions without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a range of digital tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Artificial Intelligence, and Boolean search techniques to optimize workflow and candidate engagement.
    • Fearless Approach: Boldly engages passive candidates, tackles hard-to-fill roles head-on, and is not afraid to cold call, ask tough questions, or try unconventional sourcing strategies to deliver results.
  • Working Environment
