Overview:

SOLTECH is seeking an experienced and strategic IT leader for our client to serve as a Technology Leader. This individual will be responsible for defining and executing IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. The Technology Leader will oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations while fostering innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Job Details:

• Define and execute IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee enterprise-wide IT governance, data security, and risk management frameworks.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and automation.
• Implement business intelligence and data analytics solutions to enhance decision-making.
• Manage IT operations, enterprise systems, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support matching platform and operational needs.
• Develop IT policies, vendor management strategies, and enterprise-wide technology standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading IT strategy and enterprise technology transformation.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience in data governance, business intelligence, and analytics.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise systems.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive innovation and digital transformation in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in workforce development, HR technology, or mission-driven organizations.
• Knowledge of AI-driven analytics and automation in IT operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA).
