Overview:

Our client is seeking a technically savvy and customer-focused Product Specialist to join their team. This role is instrumental in supporting pre-sales efforts, driving product adoption, and serving as a key liaison between customers, sales, and product management. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional support and insight throughout the customer journey.

Job Details:

• Serve as a subject matter expert, delivering in-depth technical knowledge of the company’s software products and services
• Lead technical discovery calls with customers to gather integration needs and align solutions with business goals
• Assist in crafting RFP responses related to SaaS offerings
• Manage and maintain demo environments; conduct live product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
• Partner with sales, product management, and customer success teams to resolve post-sale escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support product feature releases through the creation of release notes, training documentation, and internal sales communication
• Develop and lead webinars and training sessions for clients and internal sales channels
• Collaborate with marketing communications to produce case studies, blog content, and updated sales collateral
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and contribute to roadmap discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role; proficiency in SaaS or cloud platform integrations preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrated experience engaging with customers in a technical capacity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business productivity software

Location:

This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite) in Duluth, GA. Some travel required.
