We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from identifying talent to successful placement. This role requires a deep understanding of IT recruiting, and the ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in recruiting for IT positions.

You will attract, assess, and hire top-tier technical professionals for internal SOLTECH roles in addition to external client roles. The position is based in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role working 3-4 days per week onsite in our Buckhead office.

If you are a motivated, results-driven recruiter with a passion for technology, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Proactively source, engage, and network with passive candidates using various tools such as LinkedIn and internal databases. Utilize innovative strategies to identify top talent.
• Work closely with our Account Management team to understand our technical hiring needs, advise on market trends, and ensure alignment with company culture and objectives.
• Conduct detailed technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Provide timely feedback and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals, particularly in high-demand skill areas such as software development, software architecture, quality assurance, DevOps, and data engineering.
• Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System.

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of successfully filling technical roles.
• Familiarity with technical roles and the IT recruitment process, including knowledge of popular technologies and programming languages.
• Ability to evaluate technical skillsets, conduct technical interviews, and assess candidate fit for both technical and cultural requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Staffing industry experience is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for engineers (electrical, mechanical, RF, etc.) is a huge plus!
