We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media management, content creation, and contact database management. You’ll play a key role in supporting brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation through multi-channel marketing efforts.

This position requires a mix of strong writing skills, organization, and creativity to execute campaigns effectively. You will work closely with the marketing director to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.

This is a hybrid role with 4 days per week onsite in our Buckhead office. 

Job Details:

Email Marketing

  • Campaign Management: Use HubSpot to design, build, segment, and deploy email marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Write engaging email copy, source visuals, and coordinate approval for creative assets.
  • Database Management: Maintain data accuracy with routine clean-ups, segmentation, and contact list growth initiatives.
  • Reporting: Measure and analyze email performance, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve metrics.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to update contact lists and integrate efforts with CRM tools like HubSpot and ZoomInfo.

Social Media Marketing

  • Work with Marketing Director to develop a results-driven social media strategy to enhance brand presence.
  • Create and curate engaging posts, including copy, video, and image-based content.
  • Ensure a unified voice and visual identity across all social channels.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and monitor social media performance.
  • Track key metrics and prepare performance reports to inform future strategies.

Content Creation

  • Writing: Develop high-quality content such as blogs, case studies, eBooks, and newsletters.
  • Visual Assets: Design or source images and visuals to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email, content, and/or social media.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools; HubSpot, Canva, Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative, self-starter attitude with attention to detail.

Location: 

Position based in Buckhead ATL with a 4 day in office hybrid schedule.
