SOLTECH is hiring an Advisor Technology Specialist (Product Support) for our client in the financial services space. Job Details:

The Advisor Technology Specialist is a generalist role requiring flexibility, adaptability, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving. You will provide technical support to advisors, handle operational tasks, and help improve workflows. This is an in-office role where you’ll collaborate with a small team to address client needs, manage reports, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for advisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Act as the primary contact for advisor technical issues, handling tickets (via Zendesk) and troubleshooting apps and tools like Black Diamond.
  • Data Management: Perform billing, spreadsheet work, and utilize Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs to manage and analyze data.
  • Operations: Manage workflows, assist with keying in operations, and support day-to-day activities.
  • Reporting: Create and manage reports to track progress and performance.
  • Training: Onboard advisors and clients, providing training to ensure they maximize the use of  tools and workflows.
  • Research: Conduct research to resolve issues, improve processes, and provide insights to the team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other specialists, contribute to team goals, and step in wherever needed to get the job done.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively by understanding the needs of advisors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Mindset: Generalist who thrives on variety, is excited about growth, and enjoys a dynamic environment.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs), experience using support ticketing systems like Zendesk, and experience with product application support.
  • Attributes: High aptitude, flexibility, and a team-player attitude.
  • Communication: Excellent at asking questions, identifying next steps, and training others to perform better.
  • Familiarity with tools like Black Diamond or similar wealth management platforms.
  • Background in managing workflows, apps, and advisor-focused technology.

Location: Must be local to the Buckhead (Atlanta) area and able to work in office.
