Job Description

• Develop a unified, scalable architecture using industry and enterprise standards; create a roadmap with industry best practices.
• Translate industry technology trends into business value; advise stakeholders with innovative approaches.
• Influence business partners, architects, and stakeholders to adopt technical solutions; drive solutions to completion.
• Research and evaluate new technologies; direct others in evaluating technologies for IT strategies and business plans.
• Provide guidance and enterprise-wide influence for well-engineered, operable, maintainable, scalable, and timely solutions.
• Work closely with Product development teams, & IT management to discuss projects, provide recommendations on improvement opportunities and operating and financial performance.
• Work with Key vendors, professional associations, industry experts to keep informed of existing and evolving industry standards.
• Understand and decompose the current technology stack into the target architecture.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Understand a variety of integration technologies.
• Learn from experiences and apply learnings to future initiatives.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new business and technology trends.
• Adapt quickly to changes.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience. 
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a related position (ex: Principal Architect, Solutions Architect, etc). 
• Strong working knowledge of AWS and Apigee from a design and hands on perspective. 
• Prior experience designing and implementing ERP systems within a multinational enterprise company!
• Thorough understanding of the internal application landscape utilized within an enterprise global company and how to finetune the performance of these systems. 
• Recent experience vetting Enterprise solutions on the market today, with the ability to discern pro's and con's based on our client's working environment. 
• Prior experience moving enterprise solutions from on-prem environments to a cloud infrastructure. 
• Skilled at working with product and IT stakeholder to provide recommendations on improvement opportunities that impact operating and financial performance.
• Superb written and verbal soft-skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Hospitality or travel experience is preferred but not required.
