Our client assists donors in donating to charitable causes and is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to be an expert in Salesforce functionality in order to capitalize their CRM as a full sales tool.

Job Details:

As a Salesforce Solution Architect you are the Salesforce SME and are the consultant to help design, architect, and implement a new Salesforce Instance, keeping sales initiatives and business needs in mind.

You will be working cross functionally with different scrum teams, a business analyst, product owner, and several stakeholders using your expertise to create solutions and probe for potential risks/problems.

• Solution Design
• Architecture Development
• Customization and Configuration
• Integrations between multiple Salesforce instances

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce functions at an architect level: pipeline, sales funnel, contact and sales management
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Marketing Cloud, Industry Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Lightning Experience
• Experience with Salesforce Apex, SOQL, and integration via use of Salesforce APIs
• Ability to code in Apex when needed and work with developers
• Experience with data integrations across enterprise infrastructure that includes Salesforce and other technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Can work well with already established teams and provide a consultative approach

Nice to Have: 
Experience using Salesforce NPSP and overall knowledge of the non-profit space
Prior experience as a developer
