Job Title: ServiceNow AI Solutions Engineer / Consultant
Location: Remote (Preference for Pacific Time Zone)
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Solutions Engineer to lead implementations of ServiceNow’s next-generation AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Works AI, and related automation features across ITSM, HR, and Customer workflows. This role combines hands-on configuration, integration, and customer engagement to deliver transformative AI-driven experiences within enterprise ServiceNow environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end deployment of ServiceNow AI products, including Now Assist for ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and Creator.
- Configure, fine-tune, and validate Works AI models and virtual agents to improve knowledge, incident, and request automation.
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows leveraging Generative AI Controllers, Predictive Intelligence, and ServiceNow Automation Engine.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop reusable AI solutions and accelerators using ServiceNow’s latest AI/ML APIs.
- Integrate contextual data from enterprise sources (e.g., Microsoft, Salesforce, Epic, Snowflake) to enhance AI accuracy and relevance.
- Provide technical thought leadership on ServiceNow AI deployment patterns, governance, and roadmap design.
- Train client teams on effective adoption, responsible use of AI features, and continuous improvement practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform implementations, including ITSM, CSM, or HRSD modules.
- Hands-on experience with Now Assist, Works AI, or ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence.
- Understanding of LLM-based workflows, prompt tuning, and AI governance within enterprise settings.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external data platforms and identity services.
- Strong scripting and configuration skills (JavaScript, Flow Designer, API integration).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills for leading workshops and technical delivery sessions.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or CSM; familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI ecosystems.
