Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a newly established PMO and lead a diverse portfolio of clinical, operational, and infrastructure projects. This role will operate in a high-visibility environment, engaging directly with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects across:
Clinical systems (EPIC, integrations)
Infrastructure and IT initiatives
Capital construction (clinics, labs, facilities)
Coordinate across departments, vendors, and leadership
Drive structured communication, reporting, and accountability
Support organizational alignment efforts during affiliation/merger activity
Reassess and reprioritize project portfolio as organizational needs evolve
Maintain governance, timelines, and execution discipline
Required Qualifications

5–10+ years of Project Management experience
Experience managing clinical, operational, or IT projects
Strong stakeholder management, including executive-level engagement
Experience in smaller or mid-sized healthcare environments preferred
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (30+ portfolio exposure)
Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with healthcare construction or facility expansion projects
Exposure to EPIC or healthcare systems
Experience supporting organizational transitions or affiliations
