We are looking for a platform administrator and governance leader who can define guardrails, establish standards, implement lifecycle management practices, and drive enterprise-wide adoption with discipline and clarity. You will play a central role in shaping how low-code, automation, and AI capabilities are deployed responsibly and at scale.

  • Define and implement enterprise governance, compliance, and environment strategy
  • Establish Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) standards and deployment pipelines
  • Design and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
  • Lead modernization and compliance initiatives across thousands of existing solutions
  • Oversee platform analytics, reporting, and inventory management (solutions and flows)
  • Collaborate with distributed engineering teams, including offshore partners
  • Guide AI enablement initiatives leveraging Copilot Studio and agent-based automation
  • Represent the platform in governance committees and executive forums
  • Drive adoption of best practices across a broad internal maker community

  • Participate in enterprise IT governance committees and present strategy to senior stakeholders.

Administration & Compliance

  • Administer Power Platform tenant configurations and environment segmentation.
  • Configure and manage DLP policies, connectors, and compliance controls.
  • Utilize PowerShell and platform telemetry to analyze solution inventory, identify non-compliance, and remediate drift.
  • Lead efforts to modernize legacy or non-compliant implementations.

Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

  • Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
  • Establish source control, release management, and deployment standards.
  • Define production readiness criteria and operational excellence metrics.

AI & Copilot Enablement

  • Support enterprise AI initiatives leveraging Copilot Studio.
  • Guide integration patterns between Copilot experiences and backend enterprise systems.
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem and determine enterprise readiness.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Coordinate with distributed engineering teams, including offshore resources.
  • Partner with IT pillars and business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with organizational strategy.
  • Communicate platform changes and policy updates to a broad internal maker community.
  • Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence across the platform.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in engineering or service platform roles
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Power Platform at scale

What Success Looks Like

  • A clearly defined and enforced governance model across the Power Platform ecosystem

Who You Are

You are a systems thinker who understands that platform administration is both technical and organizational. You are comfortable enforcing guardrails while enabling innovation. You can operate at both architectural altitude and operational depth.
