We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with a strong foundation in analytics, programming, and data visualization to support the development of scalable BI solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data, business strategy, and user experience — translating complex datasets into actionable insights through elegant dashboards and predictive models.
This role is ideal for a BI professional who is not only technically proficient in tools like Tableau and Python, but also comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders, understanding business needs, and delivering intuitive, self-service solutions. If you are passionate about driving data-informed decisions, storytelling through data, and shaping the future of business intelligence infrastructure — we want to hear from you.
Solution Development: Design and develop intuitive dashboards, self-service analytics tools, predictive models, and data pipelines using Tableau, Python, and other modern BI technologies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate cross-functionally with business, clinical, and operational teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and deliver tailored BI solutions that support strategic decision-making.
BI Architecture: Contribute to the creation of a standardized, scalable BI infrastructure — including master queries, semantic layers, data universes, and automated reporting environments.
Platform Innovation: Build and evolve a robust BI platform that enables deeper exploration of data assets, combining tools and processes for optimal accessibility and usability.
Data Governance & Security: Partner with Data Management and Governance teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and secure handling across all reporting and analytics environments.
Advanced Analytics: Deliver ad-hoc analyses and machine learning models to support product strategy, sales & marketing, operations, and leadership decision-making.
Enablement & Training: Train and mentor internal teams on best practices in dashboard development, data modeling, and scalable reporting standards.
Proficiency with Tableau Server installation, administration, performance tuning, and load balancing
Experience managing Dev/QA/Production environments and security configurations (user roles, permissions, and trusted authentication)
Strong ability to create visualizations using parameters, sets, groups, and table calculations
Skilled in dual-axis charts, forecasting, geo-mapping, and complex dashboard interactivity
Familiarity with Tableau Prep, dbt, or other transformation tools
Prior experience monitoring Tableau for availability and proactively addressing bottlenecks
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years in a BI, analytics, or data-driven role (e.g., Data Analyst, BI Developer, Management Consultant, or Healthcare Analytics)
5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and structured querying of large datasets
3+ years of experience building dashboards in Tableau, with exposure to tools like dbt, Apache Airflow, or Tableau Prep
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical insights clearly to business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Proven experience architecting self-service BI solutions and enabling adoption across departments
Strong critical thinking, business acumen, and a passion for improving data literacy across teams
Deep domain knowledge in Go-To-Market, Sales Analytics, or Healthcare Analytics
A curious, user-centric mindset with a natural ability to translate business questions into data-driven stories
A passion for continuous learning and applying new technologies to solve real-world business challenges
Experience supporting machine learning pipelines or predictive analytics models is a plus
