Job Title: CoPath / Sunquest Analyst Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CoPath / Sunquest Analyst to join our healthcare informatics team.

As a CoPath / Sunquest Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our laboratory information systems (LIS). Your expertise will ensure the efficient operation of our CoPath and Sunquest systems, supporting laboratory operations and enhancing patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

System Maintenance and Support: Perform routine maintenance tasks on CoPath and Sunquest systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of laboratory operations.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

System Configuration and Optimization: Configure CoPath and Sunquest systems based on laboratory requirements and industry best practices.
Optimize system workflows to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and turnaround times.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. User

Training and Support: Provide training and support to laboratory staff and end-users on the effective use of CoPath and Sunquest systems.
Develop training materials and documentation to facilitate user proficiency and system adoption. Data

Management and Reporting: Design and generate reports from CoPath and Sunquest systems to support operational and clinical decision-making. Ensure data integrity and security measures are upheld in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Project Management and Collaboration: Participate in LIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including laboratory staff, IT, and external vendors, to achieve project milestones and objectives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a CoPath or Sunquest Analyst in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of laboratory operations. In-depth knowledge of CoPath and Sunquest systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Familiarity with HL7 standards and laboratory information management best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. Certification in relevant systems (e.g., Sunquest Certifications) is a plus.
