Job Description

We are actively seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives supporting IS Clinical Services. This is a 1-year contract position with a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm).

Candidates may reside in WA or OR (preferred), or in AK, MT, CA, TX, or NM. Remote work is preferred from one of these States.

Required Responsibilities

  • Performs essential functions of the position; other duties may be assigned and considered essential
  • Develops and execute project plans aligned with the organization’s strategic plans and objectives
  • Builds stakeholder support and influences decisions to ensure alignment with common objectives and manage expectations.
  • Manages and leads expectations of ministries, hospitals, clinics, or clients from project initiation through post-live deployment
  • Develops and secures approval for project charters, prepare,  plans, and work breakdown structures, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Leads and direct project teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Delivers integration, develop training, and implementation plans and activities
  • Manages stakeholders and multiple project teams within multiple projects
  • Conducts and performs root cause analyses and develops recommend process improvement plans
  • Maintains all project artifacts and documentation
  • Identifies and documents workflows that inform policy and procedure updates for process improvements.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations to senior leadership, management, and stakeholders
  • Adhere to Organizational Mission, Vision, and Values.
Summary:  
Develop, lead, and execute strategic projects end-to-end—from planning, stakeholder alignment, and approval of project charters and deliverables to training, integration, implementation, documentation, and post-live support—while managing expectations, conducting process improvements, delivering executive presentations, and upholding the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Required Background Qualifications:
  • Must have healthcare experience
  • Must have biomedical clinical engineering experience
  • Must have 1-2 years of Project Management Experience
  • Must demonstrate specific project experience in healthcare and biomedical engineering domains
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively multitask

  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication tailored to all levels.
  • Ability to assess and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices.
  • Sufficient fluency in English.
