Business Systems Analyst (Systems Requirement Gathering) Location: Downtown Honolulu (Hybrid Work Model: 2-3 days onsite)

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team, specializing in systems requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal development teams, working on dashboard creation and analytics while facilitating the transition of platforms from Power Builder to .NET Core framework.

This role demands a deep understanding of digital reengineering, workflow alterations, and their implications on business operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and system design.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to create dashboards and analytics, starting from inception to implementation.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to comprehend workflow changes, especially during the transition from Power Builder to .NET Core framework. Engage in digital reengineering efforts, ensuring seamless workflow adjustments and assessing their impact on business processes.
  • Act as a self-starter, initiating and driving documentation processes and effectively communicating insights and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in building dashboards and analytics from the ground up. Strong understanding of system architecture, particularly transitioning platforms.
  • Ability to grasp complex workflows and translate them into actionable solutions. Previous involvement in digital reengineering projects. Requirements: Proven experience in systems requirement gathering and documentation. Exceptional communication and documentation skills. Familiarity with Power Builder and transitioning to .NET Core framework is beneficial. Self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Hybrid work model flexibility: available to work 2-3 days onsite in Downtown Honolulu. Interview Process: Technical screening to assess systems analysis capabilities.
