Long term W2 hourly contract that can be based in Summit NJ, Houston TX or Atlanta GA.

Client is looking for a Customer Communications Management (CCM) Developer to be responsible for design, development and implementation of technical solutions using CCM applications (Quadient and/or Exstream). 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain CCM solutions using Quadient or Exstream applications to design solutions that meet business requirements.
• Perform data transformation tasks including data mapping, XML parsing, and mid-level SQL operations to extract, manipulate, and format data for use in customer communications.
• Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CCM applications with other systems and databases for seamless data exchange.
• Maintain detailed documentation of CCM configurations, templates, and processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical expertise to improve customer communication strategies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on CCM applications and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing CCM solutions using Quadient or Exstream.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and retrieval.
• Proficiency in XML and data transformation.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities!
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in any mentioned location.
• Must be USC or GC holder for this role due to security requirements.
