Job Description

A Procurement Consultant is available for 6-12+ months that is mainly remote, but would require an occasional onsite visit to Long Island, NY.

Some highlights of the role -

• You will support procurement activities across several categories, including Customer Operations, Energy Efficiency, Engineering Services, and Professional Services. This role will support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle—running sourcing events, coordinating with internal stakeholders, reviewing vendor responses, and supporting contract execution
• Lead or assist with sourcing activities (RFPs, RFQs, vendor outreach)
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to develop scopes and evaluate supplier responses
• Prepare contracts, renewals, purchase orders, and related documents
• Support negotiation of commercial terms and conditions with guidance from Legal
• Track progress across multiple sourcing events and maintain clear documentation
