Commercial Roofer
Pay: $25- $27 HR/DOE | Location: Arnold, TN | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits 

We are hiring experienced Commercial Roofers for commercial construction projects in and around Arnold AFB, TN. Candidates from Tullahoma, Manchester, Winchester, Shelbyville, and Morrison are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
• Perform tear-offs, roof preparation, and material installation
• Install roofing materials according to project specifications
• Read and follow plans, drawings, and jobsite instructions
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist with flashing, edging, waterproofing, and other roofing applications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow OSHA and site-specific safety requirements

Requirements

• Previous commercial roofing experience – REQUIRED
• Experience with commercial roofing systems and installation methods
• Ability to work safely at heights and on active construction sites
• Ability to use basic roofing hand and power tools
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work for a full shift
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass required drug screen and background checks
