Project Manager- Site Safety 

Pay: $35,000-$40,000 YR/DOE | Location: Melrose, FL | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction, site safety, bidding, and budgeting. The position is based in Melrose, FL, with candidates from surrounding areas such as Gainesville, Keystone Heights, Starke, Palatka, and Orange Park encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish

• Develop and review project bids, estimates, and budgets

• Monitor project costs, schedules, and overall profitability

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, crews, and project activities

• Conduct and oversee jobsite safety inspections and safety meetings

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements

• Review plans, specifications, change orders, and project documentation

• Identify potential project risks and develop solutions

• Communicate with clients, field personnel, and management throughout the project

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager

• Strong experience with bidding, estimating, and budgeting

• Hands-on experience with site safety and OSHA compliance

• OSHA 30 certification – REQUIRED

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Commercial construction experience preferred
