Welder

Pay: $30-$35 HR/DOE | Location: Lebanon, TN | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits 

We're looking for experienced Commercial Welders from Mt. Juliet, Hermitage, Gallatin, Hendersonville, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Watertown, Hartsville, Nashville, and surrounding communities. Job Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding as required by the project.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Cut, fit, tack, and weld structural steel and metal components.
• Operate grinders, torches, and other fabrication equipment safely.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work closely with the project team to complete work safely and on schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience required 
• Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision
• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
