Commercial Roofer

Pay: $25- $27 HR/ DOE | Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL| Weekly Pay | Full Benefits 

Signature Labor Services is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with experience installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems.
• Remove and replace existing roofing materials.
• Install insulation, flashings, edge metal, drains, and roof accessories.
• Read blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Operate roofing tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures.
• Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial roofing required.
• Experience with single-ply and low-slope roofing systems preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification is a plus.
