Pay: $40,000-$45,000

What You'll Do

  • Source, recruit, and engage qualified candidates through Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms

  • Conduct a high volume of phone screenings and interviews to identify top talent

  • Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Maintain accurate candidate records using CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment requirements

  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Partner with the sales team to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities

  • Follow up with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience

  • Support recruiting events, job fairs, and other hiring initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, or HR preferred

  • Experience using CRM software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is strongly preferred

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mentality

  • Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, or industrial positions is a plus

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
