Industrial Painter

Pay: $25-$27 HR/DOE | Location: Maryville, TN | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits | $300 Sign on bonus 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking.
• Apply industrial coatings using spray, brush, and roller techniques.
• Mix paints and coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with other shop duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter
• Must have own basic hand tools
• Sheet Metal Welding experience a plus 
• Complete tasks as assigned by the site supervisor
• Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision
• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift
• Work all hours assigned.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
