Construction Site Laborers

Pay: $20-$25 HR/DOE | Location: Coldwater, MI | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe job site by sweeping work areas, removing debris, and collecting trash throughout the construction project.
• Assist construction crews by delivering tools, equipment, and materials to designated work areas in a timely manner.
• Load, unload, and organize construction materials and supplies to support daily operations and improve site efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and site regulations while performing general labor tasks, helping maintain a productive and hazard-free work environment.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience on a construction site 
• No certifications required
• Complete tasks as assigned by the site supervisor
• Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision
• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift
• Work all hours assigned. Will work weekends as needed 
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
