Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Pay: $95,000 - $110,000 HR/DOE | Location: Baton Rouge, LA  | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing crews, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through completion
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Maintain project schedules and budgets
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and field personnel
• Conduct site visits and quality control inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Prepare project reports, change orders, and documentation
• Resolve project issues quickly and professionally

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial roofing project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, modified bitumen, etc.)
• Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office
• OSHA certification preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
