Specialty Superintendent

Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 DOE | Location: Nashville, TN

We are seeking a Specialty Superintendent to oversee the installation of cabinets, handrails, and related finish components on active commercial job sites. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, layout expertise, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee job site layouts to ensure accuracy and alignment with project plans
• Lead and manage field crews, subcontractors, and daily site operations
• Coordinate and execute finish work, including bathrooms, handrails, trim, and final installations
• Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project requirements
• Enforce job site safety and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
• Troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving efficiently

Requirements:

• Must have minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Lead Foreman in commercial construction
• Complete tasks as assigned by the site supervisor
• Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision
• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift
• Work all hours assigned.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
