Commercial Construction Superintendent

Pay: $50-$60 HR/DOE | Location: Tucson, AZ | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits

Qualification:

• Must have minimum 5 years of experience as Commercial Construction Superintendent specializing in commercial concrete and framing 
• Must OSHA-30 
• Must be proficient with Procore 
• Must be able to read blueprints 

Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules to deliver project on time
• Assist with daily planning
• Communicate with framing and concrete subcontractors
• Update status reports and other project-related documents
• Adhere to safety and OSHA guidelines

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, time management, and personal organization
• Must pass Background Check
• Must have verifiable references
• Valid driver’s license required
