Site Safety Manager

Pay: $30-$35 HR/DOE | Location: Cartersville, GA| Weekly Pay | Full Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Administer compliance with accident prevention efforts and the safety program.
• Ensure supervisors are holding pre-construction planning meetings with associates to review overall site safety program.
• Conduct and document routine project specific safety inspections, accidents, property damage and other incidents.
• Coordinate and conduct safety meetings and training programs.
• Properly maintain safety training documents.
• Perform and document project inspections and audits.
• Supervise, develop, and manage other safety professionals.
• Participate in regulatory agency inspections and investigations.
• Work with Human Resources and/or Risk Management to manage claims and safety statistics.
• Implement corrective actions of hazards in accordance with company, owner, and federal regulations requirements.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have minimum 5 years experience in Commercial Construction Site Safety 
• OSHA 30 Required 
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certifications required 
• Complete tasks as assigned by the site supervisor
• Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision
• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift
• Work all hours assigned.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
