Job Description

Commercial HVAC Technician 

Pay: $30-$45 HR/DOE | Location: Tampa, FL | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits 

Responsibilities:

• Set and connect ductwork, piping and ventilation systems 
• Install thermostats and building automation controls 
• Inspect electrical components and wiring 
• Check refrigerant levels and pressures 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience required 
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in mechanical rooms and rooftops
• Complete tasks as assigned by the site supervisor
• Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision
• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift
• Work all hours assigned.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
