Experienced Senior Recruiter

Pay: Competitive Pay (Plus Commission) | Location: Knoxville, TN | Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Signature Labor Services is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition efforts in Knoxville, TN. This role is ideal for a motivated recruiting professional with experience sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades candidates in a fast-paced staffing environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and comfortable managing high-volume recruiting efforts while building strong relationships with candidates and clients. Requirements:

• Previous recruiting, HR, staffing, or office administration experience required
• Experience in staffing or construction recruiting is a strong plus
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
• Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a team
• Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for skilled trades and construction positions
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate evaluations
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and drug screens
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs
• Assist with recruiting strategies and workforce planning
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and procedures
• Complete additional recruiting and administrative tasks as assigned
