Overview

The HR Site Lead is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of HR services at a designated site or location. Primary focus is managing the day-to-day operations of the HR service delivery team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees and stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and policies, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manages HR Service Delivery: Oversees the overall delivery of HR services at the site, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Team Leadership: Leads and motivate the HR service delivery team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their professional development and optimal performance.
  • Manages HR Case Management: Serves as the primary point of contact for managing and assigning HR cases and inquiries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate resolution or escalation as needed.
  • Case Documentation: Documents and maintains accurate and comprehensive case records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations. Capture relevant details, actions taken, and outcomes for future reference and reporting purposes.
  • Case Resolution: Investigates and ensures resolution of HR cases via the site HR service delivery team, such as employee complaints, policy violations, and disciplinary matters, in alignment with established procedures and legal requirements. Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge Management: Contributes to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base or FAQs related to HR case management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is accessible to HR team members, managers, and employees.
  • Policy and Procedure Administration: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive HR policies and procedures for country/sites that align with the organization's goals, values, and legal requirements. Regularly audit and update policies to ensure compliance with changing laws and industry best practices.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure that all HR activities and processes comply with relevant site and country employment laws, regulations, and internal guidelines. Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and update policies and procedures accordingly.


Education
 

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent.

 

Qualifications 

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification Required

 

Must-Have Skills 

  • 8 years of related HR experience.
  • Proven experience in HR service delivery or related HR roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, technology, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the geographical location.
  • Understands and applies HR principles, concepts, policies, and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence others.
  • Expert in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to support cross-functional projects to completion including organizing, planning, scheduling, and following up on project related items.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of global HR practices and regulations.
  • Experience in change management and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience in managing remote or dispersed teams.
