Compensation:

Pay: $20 – 30/ hour based on experience. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.

Settings Available: Clinic, School, Home – Provide services in the settings where you are comfortable!

Our Kiddos: 2-10 years old, many in early intervention (2-5 years old). Fair Warning – you may become attached.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with the support of Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBSs) and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
  • Collect data and write notes on the child’s progress and behavior to track their development, and acquire caregiver session signatures with our electronic, secure app.
  • Work closely with a supportive team of clinicians, caregivers, and office staff to provide quality service to our wonderful clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children.
  • Highly preferred experience - providing ABA therapy to children
  • A desire to learn and grow in the field of ABA.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation (inside or outside of city clients)
  • Bus line transportation (inside of city clients)
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, stooping – some lifting.
